At RÓLO, we want you to love every piece you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at info@rolobrand.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
Please note:

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

Returns received in unsellable condition (worn, washed, or damaged) will not be accepted.

Sale items and limited drops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll replace or refund it as soon as possible.
