At RÓLO, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly, safely, and smoothly as possible.
Shipping Destinations
RÓLO currently ships within the United Arab Emirates and worldwide.
International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@rolobrand.com.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed before 10:00 AM are eligible for Same-Day Delivery (Dubai only).
Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed for Next-Day Delivery or Standard Delivery, depending on the shipping option selected.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
UAE Delivery

• Same-Day Delivery: AED 33
(Available for orders placed before 10:00 AM)
• Next-Day Delivery: AED 18
Other Emirates
• Next-Day Delivery: AED 25

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier service, and customs clearance.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer directly to the courier upon delivery.
RÓLO is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customs & Shipping Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
RÓLO is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, RÓLO is not responsible for lost packages.
Additional shipping fees may apply to reship orders.
Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery of their order, including refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, the shipment may be returned to RÓLO.
In such cases, original shipping costs and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
RÓLO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.
If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.
We will do our best to assist where possible.
